Když jsme udělali Vánoční pájení s obývákovou session, tušili jsme, že tohle je něco, co bychom v Bastl headquarters chtěli dělat pravidelněji. A tady to je. První edici Bastl klubovny pokřtí veterán běloruské experimentální a ambientní scény, synťákový bastlič, improvizátor a promotér Pavel Gvozd aka Astralapithecus.

S sebou přiveze dva přátele z Francie. První z nich – Tiny Tramp – svoje vystoupení staví na intenzivních hypnotických smyčkách, někde na cestě od pomalého industriálního techno očistce až k bublavé dubové špíně. Druhý je noiser, který se u nás v minulosti ukázal jako Klaus Legal. Tentokrát se vrací se strukturovanějším a výrazově různorodějším rejstříkem a říká si prozaicky Pavel V.

Pavel Gvozd is from Belarus and makes experimental electronic music that is expressive and fearless. He’s an important figure of Belarusian underground scene and a prolific promoter of various local avantgarde music events since 2010.
In his live performances Gvozd usually freely improvises while absurdity and humor count as one of his tools too. Otherwise he uses mostly analog instruments as well as spoken word and strange dance practices.

PAVEL V.
Pavel Viry hails from France and has been playing guitar in noise projects as La Race, Judas Donneger or Klaus Legal.
Inspired by artists Jean-François Pauvros, Keiji Haino or Arto Lindsay, he’s striving to melt European, Asian or Slavic traditions in one experimental pot of distorted rhythmical sound of electric guitar.
Following the command of an original soundtrack for the documentary « НІЧКА НА ВУЛИЦІ » (There is night outside), he re-discovers his instrument and decides to explore it further, adding importance to harmonic elements and experimenting with the sound.
